Healthy Side Dish
Almost no meal is complete without a side dish and maybe two. My side dish recipes are made with delicious healthy ingredients; adjusted to reduce unhealthy fats and sugars.
Simple substitutions can have a real impact on recipes.
For example, substitute olive oil for butter or margarine to increase healthy fats. Also, try Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Or just decreasing the amount of sugar goes far to transform a recipe into a healthier option.
