Preparing Cauliflower Fried Rice
The key to a rice-like texture is removing moisture from the cauliflower. When sauteing, heat your pan with oil and butter added until hot.
Add your cauliflower rice and allow to saute. Do NOT cover. Saute for 3-5 minutes before stirring. Less stirring equals firmer rice. As your cauliflower begins to brown add salt and pepper.
