Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Mustard Dijon
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Curry
- 1/2 tsp Dried Tarragon
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Clean and cut chicken breasts into approximate equal portions. Add salt and pepper.
Mix sauce ingredients together and whisk until well blended.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes or until internal chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Stir sauce at bottom of pan and drissle over chicken.
Can substitute Yellow or Stone Ground Mustard for Dijon mustard.
This marinade also works well for the grill. I suggest marinating chicken for 1 hour prior to grilling. Baste with the marinade sauce while chicken cooks. Discard any remaining sauce after grilling.
