Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 large Chicken Breasts

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Mustard Dijon
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Curry
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Clean and cut chicken breasts into approximate equal portions. Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix sauce ingredients together and whisk until well blended.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until internal chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Stir sauce at bottom of pan and drissle over chicken.

Notes

Can substitute Yellow or Stone Ground Mustard for Dijon mustard.
This marinade also works well for the grill. I suggest marinating chicken for 1 hour prior to grilling. Baste with the marinade sauce while chicken cooks. Discard any remaining sauce after grilling.
