Ingredients

  • 1 tsp curry powder use up to 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt may substitute garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt low fat or fat free, plain

Instructions

  • Combine vinegar, honey, and olive oil in a large bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • Add garlic salt, curry powder, horseradish, grated onion, and Greek yogurt, Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
  • Tranfer to a covered airtight dish. Regrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Stir prior to serving.
