Ingredients

  • 16 oz salmon filets
  • 1 lg lemon sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • parsley garnish

Instructions

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place large piece of foil in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Allow extra to fold over and crimp to seal while salmon is baking.
  • Spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Lay lemon on bottom of pan.
  • To prepare sauce, mix honey, white wine, olive oil, and oregano.
  • Place salmon on lemon slices.
  • Spoon sauce equally over fillets.
  • Spinkle with paprika and parsley.
  • Crimp foil over salmon to seal. Place on bottom rack of oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Check internal temperature with a temperature probe. Remove salmon from oven when internal temperature is 140-145 degrees.
