- 16 oz salmon filets
- 1 lg lemon sliced thin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- parsley garnish
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Place large piece of foil in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Allow extra to fold over and crimp to seal while salmon is baking.
Spray foil with cooking spray.
Lay lemon on bottom of pan.
To prepare sauce, mix honey, white wine, olive oil, and oregano.
Place salmon on lemon slices.
Spoon sauce equally over fillets.
Spinkle with paprika and parsley.
Crimp foil over salmon to seal. Place on bottom rack of oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Check internal temperature with a temperature probe. Remove salmon from oven when internal temperature is 140-145 degrees.
