Mayfair Salad Dressing on a Chicken Salad

A fresh salad of romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, chicken, and parmesan cheese.

– anchovies  – celery  – garlic  – onion  – Dijon mustard – pepper  – lemon juice  – mayonnaise – EVOO – wine vinegar

Healthy Mayfair  Salad Dressing

Step 1

Prepare anchovies. Rinse anchovies under hot water for several minutes. Pat dry in a paper towel.

Add salad dressing ingredients to a processor bowl. Add anchovies, celery, garlic, onion, Dijon mustard, pepper, lemon juice, Avocado mayonnaise.

Pulse processor several times. Drizzle in olive oil, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar until salad dressing is pourable.

Prepare Salad Add salad greens, grilled chicken, homemade croutons, and shredded Parmesan cheese to salad. Drizzle with Mayfair salad dressing.
