- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 slices Bacon fried and crumbled
- 1/8 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper black
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Heat oven to 350°.
Spray small casserole dish with coconut oil cooking spray.
Whisk eggs with a fork.
Add heavy whipping cream.
Add salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
Add parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Check at 12 minutes and if the center of eggs is not set, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the center of eggs are set.
- You can add other types of cheese to this baked eggs recipe. Track portion size and any additional carbohydrates.
- Time Saver. Fry extra bacon or sausage and keep in the fridge for use the next day. Add a serving to the eggs.
- For variety or to make a meal add vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers or leftover veggies from last night's dinner.
