Milk
Cut butter into flour with a pastry blender until flour is incorporated in butter. Add finely chopped pecans and mix well.
Press pecan-shortbread crumbs evenly into bottom of baking pan. Bake at 350F. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Cream with a hand mixer. Blend in powdered sugar. Use a spatula to fold in whipped topping. Gently spread over crust.
Add milk to instant pistachio pudding. Blend for 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Pour over cream cheese layer.
Cover bars with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate until completely cool and set. Cut and enjoy Pistachio Pudding Dessert Bars!
