Pecan Shortbread Crust

Almondy Pistachio Pudding Layer

Creamy Cheese Layer

Ingredients

Flour

Butter

Powdered  Sugar

Cream  Cheese

Whipped  Topping

Green  Sprinkles

Instant  Pistachio Pudding

Pecans

Milk

Prepare Pecan-Shortbread Crust

Cut butter into flour with a pastry blender until flour is incorporated in butter. Add finely chopped pecans and mix well.

Form Crust

Press pecan-shortbread crumbs evenly into bottom of backing pan. Bake at 350F. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

Cream Cheese Layer

Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Cream with a hand mixer. Blend in powdered sugar. Use a spatula to fold in whipped topping. Gently spread over crust.

Mix Pudding Layer

Add milk to instant pistachio pudding. Blend for 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Pour over cream cheese layer.

05.  Spread pudding layer over cream cheese layer.

06.  Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Add sprinkles or finely chopped nuts.
