Cook with and eat healthy fats. Extra virgin olive oil is a heart healthy. Also, include a small handful of nuts and seeds daily.
Serve heart healthy fish in meals twice each week. Also, include more poultry. Make servings 4 ounces or the amount that will fit in the palm of your hand.
Enjoy a variety of healthy food, but limit portion size and between meal snacking.
