- 1 1/2 cups pineapple fresh, chopped
- 1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup
- 1 cup green grape halves
- 1 cup apple chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut shredded
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Dressing
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt fat free
- 2 tbsp avocado mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup whipped topping fat free
- 1 tbsp orange juice unsweetened
- 1/8 tsp salt
Dressing
Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and cool whip in a glass bowl.
Stir in orange juice and salt.
Add pineapple, mandarin oranges, apple, grapes, and coconut to the dressing. Gently toss to coat with dressing.
Cover and refridgerate for at least one hour.
