Instructions
Add parsley, chives, tarragon, Greek yogurt, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt to a chopper or blender.
Cover and pulse until ingredients are mostly mixed.
Drizzle in milk, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar.
Blend until herbs are finely chopped and sauce is well blended.
Cover and chill for one hour prior to serving.
