Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley fresh, lightly packed
  • 1/4 cup chives fresh
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon dried
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt low-fat
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup milk coconut, almond, or other
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add parsley, chives, tarragon, Greek yogurt, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt to a chopper or blender.
  • Cover and pulse until ingredients are mostly mixed.
  • Drizzle in milk, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar.
  • Blend until herbs are finely chopped and sauce is well blended.
  • Cover and chill for one hour prior to serving.

Notes

Serving size = 2 tablespoons.
