Instructions
Mince garlic with a press. Set aside.
Grate onion into fine pieces.
Place onion, garlic and remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with a pinch of dill and serve with chopped vegetables.
