  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Low Fat
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp onion grated
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Mince garlic with a press. Set aside.
  • Grate onion into fine pieces.
  • Place onion, garlic and remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of dill and serve with chopped vegetables.
