No Sugar, Low Carbohydrate Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Homemade Cranberry Sauce that is no sugar, and low carbohydrate. Simple ingredients, same flavor.
- 12 ounces cranberries fresh
- 2/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup Xylitol
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- pinch sallt
Place all ingredients in pan and heat to a boil over medium high heat.
Stir until sweetener is dissolved and cranberries start to pop.
Lower temperature to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Place in a covered dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until the sauce is cool and thickened.
