No Sugar, Low Carbohydrate Homemade Cranberry Sauce

  • 12 ounces cranberries fresh
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup Xylitol
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • pinch sallt


  • Place all ingredients in pan and heat to a boil over medium high heat.
  • Stir until sweetener is dissolved and cranberries start to pop.
  • Lower temperature to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Place in a covered dish and refrigerate for 2 hours until the sauce is cool and thickened.
