Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour all purpose
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 lg egg beaten
  • 8 ounce creamed corn undrained
  • 8 ounce corn drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degress F.
  • Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Mix butter, egg, and sour cream together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients, creamed corn, cheddar cheese, corn, salt and pepper. Mix well
  • Add mixture to casserole dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inplaced in the center of dish is clean.
