  • 12 oz crannberries fresh
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 dried apricots finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Heat water, orange juice, honey, water, and spices over medium low heat.
  • Add cranberries and chopped apricots.
  • Stir and heat. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Transfer to a covered bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
