  • 12 ounces pasta cooked
  • 3 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup broth chicken or vegetable
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Set aside.
  • While pasta is cooking, peel broccoli stem and chop into large pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add broccoli and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and stir.
  • Add 1/2 cup of broth or water. Continue to cook until broccoli is fork tender.
  • Add pasta to frying pan, season with salt and pepper. Stir until heated through. Serve and enjoy.
