1lbturkeyground
1/4 cuponionfinely chopped
1/4cupbell pepperred, finely chopped

1/2cupgreen chilieschopped, mild, small can

1/8tspcayenne pepperUp to 1/4 tsp

1 3/4cupcannelini beans1 can, drained and rinsed
1/4cupParmesan cheeseshaved
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a stock pot and heat over medium high heat. Add ground turkey and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes undisturbed. Turn turkey and allow to cook undisturbed. Combine oregano, paprika, cumin, cloves, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle over ground turkey as it is browning.
Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper to stockpot and saute for 5 minutes on medium low-heat. Use spatula to break up turkey into bite-sized pieces.
Add chopped green chilies and broth.
Add beans. Lower temperature to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
