  • 6 cups salad greens Spring Mix
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 lg Apple
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup pecans toasted
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing


  • Toast pecans in frying pan over medium low heat. Slice apple, chop celery, and grapes. Set aside. Rinse salad greens in a salad spinner.
  • Transfer salad greens to a large bowl. Add apples, celery, pecans, and grapes. Lightly toss to combine.
  • Drizzle lightly with Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. Toss to coat with dressing.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled Feta cheese.
