Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Rinse mushrooms well. Trim bottom of the stem, and chop into thick slices.
Saute over medium-low heat until mushrooms have softened and browned.
Add wine and continue to heat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
