- 3 tbsp vinegar white wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 tbsp parsley dried
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper pinch
Mix garlic, spices, salt, and pepper with vinegar.
Whisk olive oil in to the vinegar mixture.
Whisk in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese.
Recipe Tips
- This recipe is easily adjustable. Use red wine vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. Use your favorite spices.
- Store unused portions in the refrigerator. Remember the next time you use it, you may need to give it a minute to come to room temperature if you find that it thickens from the cold.
