Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp vinegar white wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper pinch

Instructions

  • Mix garlic, spices, salt, and pepper with vinegar.
  • Whisk olive oil in to the vinegar mixture.
  • Whisk in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Recipe Tips

  1. This recipe is easily adjustable. Use red wine vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. Use your favorite spices.
  2. Store unused portions in the refrigerator. Remember the next time you use it, you may need to give it a minute to come to room temperature if you find that it thickens from the cold.
