- 1/4 cup tahini prepared
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Add tahini, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, minced garlic, and dijon mustard in a food processor and pulse.
Add 1/4 cup of water and pulse.
Slowly add olive oil until the mixture becomes pourable.
