Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini prepared
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add tahini, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, minced garlic, and dijon mustard in a food processor and pulse.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water and pulse.
  • Slowly add olive oil until the mixture becomes pourable.
