  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin 1 15 oz can
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/2 tsp ginger ground
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1/4 tsp cloves ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 9-inch Homemade Pie Crust


  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Make one 9-inch pie crust. Set in refrigerator to cool
  • Add pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on medium-low speed unil well combined.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Put pie in refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.
  • Cover edges of pie with aluminum foil to prevent over browning.
  • Place pie on bottom rack of the oven. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
