- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 16 ounces grilled chicken
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups croutons
- 1/2 cup Mayfair dressing
Tear lettuce into 2 inch cubes and place on 4 plates.
Chop chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Top lettuce with chicken, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Drizzle with salad dressing. Toss lightly.
