- 2 lb ground turkey
- 2 lg eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup bread crumb
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian spices
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk egg, milk, and oil together. Mix in bread crumbs. Add to turkey,
Combine grated Parmesan cheese, spices, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over turkey.
Use hands or a pastry blender to mix ingredients and throughly combine.
Use a round tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop and form round meatball.
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
Space so meatballs are not touching on parchment paper.
Bake on lower rack of oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature of the meatball is 165°F.
