- 12 oz crannberries fresh
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 dried apricots finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Heat water, orange juice, honey, water, and spices over medium low heat.
Add cranberries and chopped apricots.
Stir and heat. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Transfer to a covered bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
