Couscous
- 3 cups couscous cooked
- 1 1/4 cup broth chicken or vegetable
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup english cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup grapes halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion chopeed
Dressing
- 2 tbps olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp vinegar white wine
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- cayenne pepper
Couscous
Heat broth, garlic powder, onion powder, 2 teaspoons olive oil, and pepper to a boil.
Add couscous and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes and fluff.
