Sweet and Tangy Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
Heat oven to 475°F.
Cover sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Add rack and spray with cooking spray.
Place legs on rack and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
Bake legs for 20 minutes. Rotate legs and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Change setting to Broil on high. Broil and crisp 5 minutes.
Rotate the legs. Cover with barbecue sauce and return to broiler for 3-5 minutes.
Chicken legs should have an internal temperature of 165°F.
