Easy Baked Chicken Legs with Barbecue Sauce

A simple way to roast chicken legs. Enjoy with or without a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.

  • Heat oven to 475°F.
  • Cover sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Add rack and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place legs on rack and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
  • Bake legs for 20 minutes. Rotate legs and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Change setting to Broil on high. Broil and crisp 5 minutes.
  • Rotate the legs. Cover with barbecue sauce and return to broiler for 3-5 minutes.
  • Chicken legs should have an internal temperature of 165°F.
