red wine

Instructions
Boil potatos until fork tender. Remove from pot and cool.
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Saute onion and green pepper until tender and remove from heat before browned.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add vinegar and water.
Add flour mixture into onion and green peppers and heat until thickened.
Pour onion and green pepper sauce over potatoes and mix.
Serve warm. Flavor will improve over night.
Notes
This potato salad is also good as a cold salad.
