- 2 Cans green Beans cut
- 1 Can mushrooms sliced
- 1 Cup broth chicken or vegetable
- 3 Slices bacon
- 1 tsp onion minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Rinse canned beans and mushrooms with water. Drain well and set aside.
Fry bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towel. Crumble. Set aside.
Add olive oil to frying pan and saute for 5 minutes.
Add green beans. mushrooms, onions, and broth to a large pan.
Bring to a boil and then lower temperature to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Add crumbled bacon. salt and pepper. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes..
