1/2cupolive oil
1/2cupbrown sugarpacked
1/2cupsugar
2lgeggs
1/2cuppeanut butter
3/4tspbaking soda
1tspvanilla
1 1/2cupflourall purpose
1 1/2cupoatsold fashioned
3/4cupchocolate chips
3/4 cupwhite chocolate chips
Icing
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/4cuppeanut butter
3tbspmilk1 tbsp more as needed to drizzle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spay a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine brown sugar, sugar, and olive oil in a bowl. Add in eggs, 1/2 cup peanut butter, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour and oats. Press peanut butter oat mixture into bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake on the bottom rack of oven for 20 minutes.
Remove baking pan from oven and spread chips evenly over cake layer. Let sit for 5 minutes and then spread melted chips evenly over cake layer. Set aside to cool.
Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter. Mix in milk until icing is the consistency to drizzle. Place icing in a zip lock bag, snip a corner and drizzle over chip layer.
