- 16 ounces ground turkey
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 Taco Shells
Taco Spice Blend
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Toppings
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1 cup lettuce sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to pan and allow to cook for 3-5 minutes.
Turn turkey and allow to brown for 3-5 minutes.
Break up ground beef and stir.
Combine spices and sprinkle over ground turkey. Add water and stir.
Cook for 3 minutes until moisture is absorbed.
Prepare shells according to directions.
Fill shells with ground turkey, and toppings. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and serve.
