Basic Vanilla

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt plain, low-fat
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened vanilla, almond, other
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1-2 tsp hot water

Strawberry-Blueberry

  • 10 strawberries
  • 10-15 blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix water and honey until blended.
  • Add crushed ice to blender and process,
  • Add yogurt, milk, honey,
  • Blend until ice is crushed smooth.

  • Add fruit to blender and process until smooth.
