Basic Vanilla
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt plain, low-fat
- 1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened vanilla, almond, other
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1-2 tsp hot water
Strawberry-Blueberry
- 10 strawberries
- 10-15 blueberries
Mix water and honey until blended.
Add crushed ice to blender and process,
Add yogurt, milk, honey,
Blend until ice is crushed smooth.
