Healthy Peach Crisp Recipe is a quick and easy recipe that is ready in less than an hour. Juicy and tender peaches with a crunchy oat crumb topping. Serve over a scoop of Low Fat Greek yogurt or your favorite vanilla ice cream.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spary baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Peel and thinly slice peaches into a glass bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice over peaches. Lightly toss to coat. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour and sprinkle over peaches. Set aside.
Add peaches to the baking dish with a slotted spoon. Drain the peaches before adding to the pan.
For the crumb topping: Add flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a bowl. Stir to mix well.
Drizzle olive oil over flour mixture. Use a pastry blender or fork to work the flour mixture into crumbs. Continue to blend until the mixture will hold together in your hand.
Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over peaches.
Bake on the lower rack of the oven for 30 minutes until the crumb topping starts to brown and the peaches are bubbling.
Serve over Greek yogurt.
